At Fishing Camp, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products, camps, and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds for purchases made through our website as well as fishing camps and services.
Refund Policy for Donations
At Fishing Camp, we deeply appreciate the generosity of our donors and their commitment to supporting our mission of providing educational and recreational outdoor experiences for middle and high schoolers. As a nonprofit organization, donations play a vital role in sustaining our programs and services.

General Policy:
All donations made to Fishing Camp are considered final and non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Eligibility:
A refund request may be considered under the following circumstances:

The donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction or incorrect amount).

The donor's payment information was used fraudulently.

A technical issue resulted in an unintended donation.

Requesting a Refund:

Processing Refunds:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days using the original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Donations:

Donations made as part of a fundraising event, raffle, or auction are non-refundable.

Donations made more than 30 days prior to the request are not eligible for a refund.

Any donations that have already been allocated to program expenses cannot be refunded.
Refund Policy for Products
Refunds for products purchased from Fishing Camp are only available if the product is damaged due to the drop shipping process. Refund requests will not be accepted for any other reasons.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Proof of damage during the drop shipping process is required.

A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the refund request.

Once we verify the damage, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

Refund Policy for Camps and Services
We understand that plans can change. Refunds for Fishing Camps and services are subject to the following terms:

Camps: Refund requests must be made at least 14 days before the start date of the camp to receive a full refund. Requests made within 7-13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp start date. Depending on the nature and the timing of the cancellation, 100% refunds may be given.

Weather Cancellations: If a cancellation is made due to and inclement weather forecast, the Fishing Camp will be rescheduled for an alternate date. If your camper is unable to attend the rescheduled date, they will have the opportunity to join a different previously scheduled camp. Should your camper not be able to attend either of these options, a full refund will be issued.

Other services: Refunds for services are assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the service and the timing of the cancellation.

Refund Process: To request a refund for camps or services, email fishingcampmn@gmail.com with your registration details and reason for the cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
